SHIPPING

Please allow a 1-2 week period for processing of your order. I promise I send them as soon as possible!

I ship from Barcelona, Spain. Delivery to Spain usually takes 2-3 business days; delivery to Europe usually takes 1 week; delivery to the rest of the world usually takes 2-3 weeks. I cannot guarantee that your package will arrive at a certain date.

If you choose “STANDARD” shipping, the order does NOT have a tracking number and is sent like a regular letter would be.

If you choose “TRACKED” shipping, the order DOES have a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once it is shipped. You can add your contact number for an extra guarantee that your packet arrives safely.

When you go to checkout the cheapest shipping option will appear first, after you put in the address you’ll be able to choose the tracked option <3

I send my orders with CORREOS, the Spanish national post service. Once it leaves Spain, it will be under your local post service’s juridistiction.

I am not responsible for any additional fees/taxes your country places on the order upon arrival!

LOST/ DAMAGED PACKAGES

I am not responsible for any lost, unclaimed, damaged or stolen orders, or incorrect addresses. None of these issues will receive a refund.

If a package is returned to me and you ask me to resend it to you, I will need to charge you the shipping fee again.
